PUNCOM, quality is kept at the forefront in all
aspects of working, thereby achieving a true
company wide quality system which allows us to document,
develop and operate processes and provide
products and services of the highest quality for
our customers.
To
meet the ever increasing high quality
expectations of customers, PUNCOM's Quality
Management System has been assessed and approved
in accordance with the requirements of the
ISO 9001:2008 standard for manufacture
and supply of telecommunication and IT equipment and software.

Telecom
Equipment
PUNCOM
is authorized to conduct acceptance testing on
behalf on BSNL –QA under approved Inspection
scheme (AIS), a rare distinction.
For
type approval and bulk production clearance
testing, the equipment is subjected to rigorous
reliability testing. PUNCOM's
inhouse Reliability test facilities
include:

of Walk-in Environmental Chambers,
- Vibration Test facilities,

Software
The
Software Quality System is all pervasive and covers all processes to be
followed through the life-cycle of a software
development project covering
Design,
Development,
Production,
Marketing,
Installation,
Servicing of Software.
The
implementation of the Quality Systems and
processes is ensured by the respective Project
Managers. Regular
reviews and internal audits assisted by an
Independent Quality Assurance group are carried
out and the non-conformities / shortfalls
observed in the reviews are duly resolved by
taking suitable corrective & preventive
actions and/or improvement of the Quality
Systems and processes.
